The result looks wrong

Compare the result with your original. If text is clipped, expand the selection or shorten the replacement. If you generate a new version, it uses another credit. Contact support if the issue persists.

A question about a charge

Open Credits and billing to check your balance and activity. A pending credit is reserved while an edit is being checked; a confirmed failed generation returns it automatically. For a purchase issue, include the order reference and check payment status before paying again.
