The easy-to-miss line
A discount often has several separate lines: “up to”, a percentage, “OFF”, and a condition. Selecting the whole badge can change words you meant to keep. Select only the words you want to replace, and enter the exact replacement.
Write the change literally
If only 25% changes to 50%, enter those exact strings. Keep OFF outside the selection when there is enough space between the lines. Do not replace a whole badge with only a number unless removing the other words is intentional.
Allow space without including another line
Include the number’s outline and shadow. Allow room for wider new digits. If the selection touches another line, refine it before submitting. Only the selected area is replaced, so the new text must fit inside it.
Review the boundary as well as the number
Compare the original and edited image at the same scale. Check that the percent sign is complete, OFF has no duplicate edge, and the background blends inside the selection. The number should be correct and its edges should blend into the image.
